Picking up the bikes
Our chariots await. Now, just have to transfer all the stuff into the panniers, and install the GPS we brought.
Ah, the GPS. We bought a Garmin Zūmo 396, specifically designed for motorcycles, and I spent the last 2 weeks designing routes and programming it for this trip. Then last night, I fire it up and discover that all 23 of the trips I had pre-built had disappeared! Aargh! I manually created a route for today, and wait to see if someone with more familiarity with this device can offer assistance.
Anyhow, next stop is Coimbra!
