Warrant Arrest A 45-year-old male, Lake Oswego resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 1400 block of NW 20th St. Once of the males was found to have outstanding warrants. Warrant Arrest An officer observed a male on the property of a residence in the 1100 block of NW 13th St in the early hours of the morning. Electronics and a pistol were reported stolen from the home. She was booked at BCCF. The male was ultimately arrested on the listed charges. Fraud- A caller reported they were contacted via phone by persons reporting to be the Chinese Embassy. The caller was subsequently defrauded out of approximately $100,000 which they transferred to Hong Kong. The female had a warrant for her arrest out of the Lake County Circuit Court and was issued a citation in lieu of custody.
